Payments/Security
All prices listed are in GB Pounds and include VAT. We accept all major debit and credit cards via our secure online payment system. Our site uses high level encryption technology when you enter your personal information. Should you wish to pay by cheque/postal order please contact us for further details. Payment is accepted by over 18's only.
Delivery
Once you have placed your order you have the option to choose your delivery address. It can be different from your billing address. You also have the option to save your delivery details for future orders.
Delivery within the UK is charged at £3.99 for the first item and 50p for subsequent items. This charge includes all packaging and handling fees. We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of ordering. We usually ship by Royal Mail First Class Service, or Standard Parcels for heavier shipments. Proof of posting is always obtained, which is used in the event of damage/loss of item during transit.
Worldwide delivery starts at £12 for the first item and £1 for subsequent items. This charge includes all packaging and handling fees. We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of ordering. We usually ship by Royal Mail International Signed For Service, or Airsure which is trackable. Proof of posting is always obtained, which is used in the event of damage/loss of item during transit.
As a guide delivery usually takes:
- Europe: 4-6 working days
- USA/Canada: 7-10 working days
- Far East and Australia: 12-14 working days
- Rest of World: Up to 28 days
You may be liable for local taxes on receipt of your order outside the EU. Please contact your local office for more detail. To avoid disappointment please order well in advance of when you would like to receive your item, especially during busy periods such as Christmas. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier used.
In the event of dispatch problems/delays that we entail we will contact you ASAP. Refunds will be debited to your account in the event that we are unable to meet your delivery time. Once you have received the item you become the owner.
Lost Items
Items are dispatched with clear delivery/sender details. You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched, the carrier used and any tracking assigned. Should your item not arrive within 1 week of the dispatch date, please contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding the item for you. Items are usually held for 3 weeks before Royal Mail return items to sender. In the rare event that your order does not arrive within 15 working days of the dispatch date a claim will be submitted to Royal Mail, and you will receive a full refund or replacement item. Royal Mail may write to you to confirm that you were the intended recipient.
Returned Items
Items which are returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient delivery details, or not picked up at the sorting office (when they have requested that you do so via a card through your letterbox) are subject to payment by you for postage should you wish us to resend your order.
Cancellation/Amendments
Please notify us ASAP if you wish to cancel/amend an order. We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of an order being placed. If you cancel after your order has been dispatched you must pay the return postage. You have 14 days to return your order from date of receipt. If we cancel your order due to: items being out of stock, faulty or damaged, incorrect description/price, or we are unable to process your payment, we will contact you ASAP, and refund you.
Out of Stock Items
We try our utmost to keep our website as up to date as possible. However, we can not guarantee that an item will always be available. If an item is out of stock and you have placed an order, we will contact you ASAP and offer a refund, or suitable alternative.
Returns
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from us. However, if you would like to return an item we offer a no quibble returns policy provided you return within 14 days of receipt, and in a resaleable condition with all seals/wraps intact. We reserve the right to return an item to you, if these conditions are not met. You must pay the return postage, and we advise, for your peace of mind that you use a recorded postal service, and repack appropriately to avoid damage during transit.
For items damaged during transit to you, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. You will be asked to return the item, and on receipt we will issue a refund or replacement. You will receive the return postage.
For faulty items, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. We will not accept items that have been damaged through general wear and tear. You will be asked to return the item, and on receipt we will issue a refund or replacement. You will receive the return postage.
For all returns please contact us in the first instance with a brief message stating why you wish to return the item. We will issue you with a returns authorisation number, and any further instructions including a returns address.
Site/Policy Changes
We reserve the right to amend our website content and policies at any time. You will be subject to the current policy at the time of purchase.
Privacy Policy
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you can rest assured that all customer data supplied to us remains confidential. Data is not distributed to any third parties, and is maintained on our system for order processing only. However, we may ask you at the time of order/enquiry submission if we can retain your email address to keep you informed of new arrivals, special offers or promotions etc.
